High end real estate branding.

What a great project. Right in the middle of The Haque, in its most stately quarter, a former ambassy and office building is tranformed into 12 high end apartments. We, together with production company Butch Collective, were asked by the developers to take care of the complete branding, including name, inspiration magazine, website and mood film. We derived the name from the National Mounument, which is situated only about some 50 metres from this project. The Monument celebrates the independence from the French occupiers and the establishment of The Netherlands as a sovereign state. Hence the name: Souverein.
